How to improve the effectiveness of in vitro? – Artificial intelligence in the infertility treatment

How to improve the effectiveness of IVF infertility treatment? Can artificial intelligence help an embryologist choose the best embryo?
Professor Waldemar Kuczyński, MD, PhD from Kriobank, and Urszula Sankowska, co-founder and vice-president of MIM Solutions – a company specializing in creating intelligent software for medicine, addressed these questions in the podcast.

Prof. dr hab. Waldemar Kuczyński – obstetrician, gynecologist, a specialist in gynecological endocrinology and reproduction. Professor of the Department of Gynecology and Oncological Gynecology at the Medical University of Bialystok, Director of the Infertility Treatment Center Kriobank in Bialystok. A team member that in 1987 led to Poland’s first in vitro childbirth. From the very beginning, his scientific work focused on issues related to human reproduction. He is the author of pioneering works on infertility treatment by in vitro fertilization (IVF-ET) and sperm microinjection into the oocyte cytoplasm (ICSI), treatment of reproductive disorders in disabled and HIV patients, as well as cryopreservation of human reproductive cells.

Urszula Sankowska – co-founder and vice-president of MIM Solutions, a company specializing in solutions for e-commerce companies and advanced methods of sales and communication personalization. MIM Solutions also conducts research and development projects delivering new quality and innovative solutions globally. In particular, it focuses on FEMTECH projects by developing technologies related to infertility treatment.
